LESSONS LEARNED IN HEAVY DEFEAT

IN THEIR first ever FA Cup match Biggleswade FC were comfortably beaten at home by Wisbech Town.
Wisbech started the stronger and Josh Ford put them 1-0 ahead after only five minutes with a penalty after a handball in the Biggleswade area.
Michael Frew made it 2-0 after 30 minutes when he slotted in a cross from the right and Edgar Buzas made it 3-0 with a fine 30- yard shot on 44 minutes, but Tom Cookman reduced the deficit to 3-1 just on half time with a well-taken goal.
