GLOUCESTER CITY have their first win of the National League South season in the books, courtesy of a late Joe Hanks winner at home to Hemel Hempstead Town.
In the week Tim Harris had brought in two new loanees, goalkeeper Tom Hadler from Gillingham and winger Adam Page from Cheltenham Town.
The Tigers manager opted to favour his new goalkeeper over Alex Harris, while Page was only afforded a spot on the bench.
Joe Parker started the game his usual lively self, cutting inside on the corner of the box to curl a strike over the bar.
