COLWYN BAY maintained their unbeaten record this season, but couldn’t force a winner against the Colne defence.
Colne should have gone ahead in the first half when Dan Wilkins fired over an open goal after home keeper Matt Cooper had saved well at the feet of Mike Fish.
Colne keeper Hakan Burton then saved a Jack Hindle shot and produced a fine leaping save to tip Astley Mulholland’s header over the bar.
Cooper made an excellent claim in a one-on-one with Fish in the second half.
