JAMIE LUCAS’ first goal for Bath City sealed their first draw since February.
Welling’s hopes of a win were hampered by the loss of Brad Goldberg and Tom Bradbrook in the first half, but they’ll feel disappointed having failed to make the most of several first half openings.
Bradbrook was brilliantly denied by the unsighted Luke Southwood as City made a mess of clearing a corner, but from the next delivery he was helpless as Harry Phipps’ header looped over him to give the Wings a deserved lead.
