GLOUCESTER lost for the second time in a week with Theo Widdrington proving the difference for Havant.
Manager Tim Harris made three changes from the side who lost at Chippenham Town on Tuesday, with influential midfielder Tom Webb one of those returning.
Joe Parker was lively for the Tigers early on as he forced Ryan Young into a good save down low to his right.
Widdrington was desperately unlucky not to give his side the lead when he struck the post with a delicious curling effort that had Tom Hadler beaten.
