LADS WERE WRIGHT TO SACRIFICE WAGES

TOMMY Wright says the agreement of his Nuneaton players to sacrifice a week’s wages after their disappointing FA Cup exit last Saturday shows how much they care about the club.
Wright’s side were totally outplayed by Evo-Stik Premier side Nantwich Town in the third qualifying round match before going down to a 3-1 defeat at the Weaver Stadium.
And it only helped stir up a hornet’s nest at Liberty Way with the club struggling in 17th place in National League North ahead of yesterday’s trip to Blyth Spartans.
