■WARRINGTON TOWN continued their wonderful season as they went top of the table thanks to second half goals from James McCarten and Josh Hine.
This was the Yellows third straight win, and their ninth in 14 matches so far.
Sean Williams’ first time strike from the edge forced a good save out of Shane Bland, and from the resulting corner, Jack Higgins headed just wide.
