HELP DAVID HAIL ‘BILLY’

ST ALBANS CITY stalwart Dave Tavener launched an appeal earlier this year to fund a headstone for the unmarked grave of the club’s all-time leading goalscorer, Wilfred ‘Billy’ Minter. Little did he know how tough it would be to find the owner of the plot to obtain permission, as per the law.
