APOOR game ended all-square with neither side able to get any good attacking moves going against two strong defences.
A first half littered with misplaced passes and mistimed tackles did little to enthuse the crowd, with the only chances of note coming from Ware’s Junior Appiah, who shot wide when through and clear on goal, and Maldon and Tiptree’s Chris Millar firing just over.
