Lee Clark stepped down as head coach of Hartlepool United just moments after their lunchtime home defeat against Worthing.
Goals from Cory Adjetey-Brew, Ricky Aguiar and Jose Marquez subjected big-spending Pools to a sixth defeat from seven games.
