BLYTH Spartans kept a rare clean sheet as they claimed an ugly win over a determined Leamington outfit.
Spartans’ previous 17 league games had produced 77 goals, but one goal was enough to claim all three points. The only strike came against the run of play midway through the first half after lowly Leamington had started brightly, going close through Liam Canavan and Rob Thompson- Brown early on.
