BURY had the better of this game and the chances to take the win but were kept out by Bowers & Pitsea.
Bury thought they had taken the lead on 20 minutes when a free-kick was headed home by Cemal Ramadan only to be pulled back by the referee.
That was the nearest either side were to get to scoring. In the second half Bury continued to press with chance from Ollie Hughes breaking down the wing and getting into the six-yard box but his shot was blocked as the visitors went home with a point.
