BATH CITY were made to pay the penalty as they shared the spoils against ten-man Hemel Hempstead Town.
The visitors enjoyed most of the first half possession, with Tudors captain Jordan Parkes forcing Luke Southwood into a finger-tip save.
James Kaloczi then blazed over from close range after good work by Callum Driver against a disjointed-looking City.
