HEMMINGS HITS BRACE TO SILENCE THE LAMBS

IN-FORM Boston United made it 16 points from a superb six match run.
Opponents Tamworth had cause for trepidation as early on as skipper and centre back Luke Jones went off with a head injury.
The reshuffled Lambs almost broke through when Callum Powell wriggled down the left and fired inches wide.
But Boston went ahead on 23 minutes when Reece Thompson netted from six yards after Andi Thanoj and Lee Bennett combined from an Ashley Hemmings free-kick.
