A PENALTY within 60 seconds and an own goal proved decisive as playoff chasers Weston secured victory.
The Seagulls attacked from kick-off and Tristan Plummer hit the deck after a tangle of legs with Gethyn Hill making no mistake from 12 yards.
Weston’s Danny Greenslade then cleared off the line and Ethan Moore forcing a fine stop from Luke Purnell.
Against the run of play, Weston doubled their lead when Jarrad Welch’s pass found Jake Lee to covert ten minutes before half-time.
