A SHAUN JEFFERS strike six minutes from time handed Hampton & Richmond victory against Bognor Regis.
During a cagey first half, the Beavers were frustrated as their visitors created the better chances early on, with Ollie Pearce having the pick of the bunch, when he managed to dink the ball over keeper Will Henry towards goal, but Ben Wynter managed to clear the ball off the line.
Hampton’s best chance of the first half came from Jeffers, but after Bradley Hudson-Odoi picked him out, he could only blaze over.
