BRADFORD Park Avenue recovered from the concession of two spectacular goals to share the points against Alfreton.
Avenue had started brightly, coming close to opening the scoring on several occasions.
And they were rewarded for their dominance when they struck first. Matt Hill opened his account for the season with a drilled effort across Viktor Johannson that flew into the bottom corner.
The hosts continued to pile on the pressure but were dealt a surprise blow when Tom Platt unleashed a vicious strike from long-range that flew past Ed Hall.
