THE SAINTS overcame the Beachboys at a bitterly cold Aspect Arena in a entertaining affair.
This closely fought encounter saw Femi Akinwande miss a number of first-half chances and Louis Wells in the Concord goal produced two fine saves to keep the scores level at the break.
The deadlock was broken when Tom Bender held up a deep cross for striker Harvey Bradbury who tucked his header away well for the lead.
