CHIPPENHAM recorded a morale-boosting victory over local rivals Weston as the Bluebirds look to avoid relegation.
Seagulls keeper Luke Purnell did well to come out on top in a thirdminute one-on-one with Andy Sandell. However, the Weston custodian could do nothing to prevent Chippenham taking the lead six minutes later when Sandell spun in the box before firing home Kaid Mohamed’s low cross.
