CHORLEY’S Alex Newby came out on top in the battle of the Newby twins as both brothers scored at the New Bucks Head.
But it was the home side who made all the running in the first half as Ryan Giles, Marcus Dinanga and Elliot Newby all had great chances to score but were unable to find a way past Magpies keeper Matt Urwin.
At the other end Ben Wilson was also on hand to make a couple of fine saves, notably from Alex Newby.
