Bluebirds safe from the drop after win

A GOAL in each half saw Chippenham Town put a dent in Truro City’s play-off aspirations and, at the same time, mathematically ensured the Bluebirds will be staying up.
Despite creating several good first half chances, Truro were unable to find a way past keeper Jared Thompson.
On 19 minutes, Billy Palfrey’s misplaced pass saw Nick McCootie latch on to the ball but Tom McHale rushed out of his area to the rescue.
