NICHOLAS BAGS A BIG GOAL FOR CRUSADERS

HUNGERFORD TOWN did just enough to secure another year of National League South football as Nicholas Bignall’s 37th-minute goal won the day at the FutureFuel Stadium.
The Crusaders’ hunger for a result was the difference between them and their hosts, but as a spectacle it was poor entertainment.
Hungerford were quick out of the traps and had several half chances in the opening ten minutes, but flashed shots wide of the goal.
