AS THE saying goes, there’s no ‘I’ in team – and it’s a rule that certainly applies to successful football clubs.
Whoever scoops this year’s Red Insure Team of the Year will have triumphed against some strong competition. It promises to be one of the tightest categories at this year’s National Game Awards.
Let’s start at the top with Macclesfield Town. It’s been an incredible season for the Silkmen, who, against all odds, lifted the National League title.
