Herring’s got real Hunger to succeed

WELL done to Ian Herring in guiding Hungerford Town to safety in National League South.
It has been a tough season, with long-serving manager Bobby Wilkinson and his backroom staff going to Wealdstone.

SUCCESS: Ian Herring

In 2017, he guided Hungerford to sixth place, but in 2018 Wealdstone finished 11th, five places below. By Wealdstone’s standards, that’s a failure given the difference in budgets between the clubs.
