BASFORD’S TOP TRIO…

BASFORD United have boosted their preparation for the Evo-Stik Premier season with a trio of new signings.
Kieran Preston, a former Scotland youth international, has signed from Grantham and defenders Ellis Storey and Liam Bateman have joined from Gainsborough Trinity and Kettering Town respectively.
Manager Martin Carruthers said: “I am absolutely delighted to sign these three players, who are all players I have had on my radar for a long time.
“These signings are players of real quality.”
