NEIL BAKER refuses to get carried away by Slough Town’s impressive pre-season form as he embarks on a first season in the second tier.
The Rebels clinched promotion via the Southern Premier League play-offs and have started like a train so far this summer, smashing five goals past shell-shocked Step 3 hosts Staines Town and then, more impressively, a 3-0 victory over last year’s National League play-offfinalists Boreham Wood.
