HARTLEY Wintney opened their historic first game at their highest ever level with a win.
It was the Row who had the first chance when a Steve Noakes header from a Josh Webb corner went wide.
Hartley took the lead on 24 minutes. Romario Hart showed good skill. The accurate delivery found the head of Liam Eagle who headed home.
The Dolphins first effort came on 28 minutes which saw a Franklyn Clarke effort find Row keeper Adam Desbois well placed. A minute later the Row increased their lead.
