DAN’S THE MAN TO CHALK UP FIRST WIN

SLOUGH TOWN 0
SUPER-SUB Danilo Orsi-Dadomo climbed off the bench to earn East Thurrock their first win of the season with the only goal of the game late on.
There was little to pick between the two sides and in term of efforts on goal, Slough shaded it but a resolute East Thurrock defence did what was needed with Lee Burns in fine form and keeper Jack Giddens was on the top of his game.
The closest the match came to an opening goal was an effort from Manny Williams on 20 minutes that rattled the bar. Earlier he had forced a good reaction save from Giddens...
