Brakes launch fantastic fightback

WITH both clubs playing for the first time after losing their star strikers in the week this was an unexpectedly entertaining game that saw Leamington produce an astonishing secondhalf fightback.
Two goals and a man down at half-time, Brakes looked dead and buried but showed tremendous character to battle back.
Simon Ainge drove Darlington ahead on 18 minutes, and soon after dragged another effort inches the wrong side of the post.
