TWO stoppage-time goals provided a dramatic finish to a lively tie.
There were 23 seconds of added time left when Elliott Buchanan bundled home Greg Cundle’s pass from a deflected cross to give the K’s a late lead.
However, Bedford still had time and Dean Dunnett lashed home after keeper Rob Tolfrey dropped a Niall Cooper free-kick and set off a wild goalmouth melee.
Both sides arguably deserved a second chance. Tolfrey saved Joel Gyasi’s early free-kick before the K’s began to fashion chances.
