LEAMINGTON recorded backto- back wins for the second time this season as they edged out-of-form Chester.
Blues keeper Grant Shenton blocked a point blank header from Jamie Hood as he met Kieran Dunbar’s corner, then held onto the ball at the second attempt as Connor Taylor crashed in a low volley.
Chester came close when Simon Grand’s header clattered the bar, with the same player connecting with the loose ball to fire in a volley which Tony Breeden saved brilliantly.
