LEADERS LINNETS LEAVING IT LATE

RYAN Gibson’s last-gasp goal capped an impressive late fightback as NPL West leaders Runcorn Linnets snatched a dramatic point at home to Glossop.
Glossop took the lead on 22 minutes as a long ball from Kane Hickman fell to Dominic Marie and the striker cut in on his left foot to finish.
That became 2-0 ten minutes later as a deep corner to the far post was only cleared to Pete Boyle, who smashed home from inside the box.
North End looked set for a surprise victory but on 83 minutes the Linnets were awarded a penalty and Louis Corrig...
