What is in store for us in 2019?

MATT Badcock’s review of 2018 (NLP, December 30) made for an interesting read.
It got me thinking just what’s got to change in 2019.
Firstly, promotion to Football League – not just the threeup, three-down argument, but also an acceptance of all-weather pitches in the cases of Sutton, Harrogate, Bromley and Maidstone.
Why should clubs be forced to dig their 3G pitches up to play in the league when they are allowed to play in the FA Cup? Worse still, it could mean them being relegated to Step 2 if they refuse to comply.
