SOUTH Shields maintained their 100 per cent home record with a 13th win after a rout against midtable Whitby Town.
Whitby took a third minute lead when Leon Scott dispossessed Rob Briggs and scored.
The Mariners soon found their equaliser when Lee Mason picked out David Foley.
South Shields looked to get on the front foot, Whitby’s game plan to get men behind the ball and counter on the league leaders.
