JORDAN Clement rescued a point for managerless Tamworth.
The Lambs, who parted company with Dennis Greene last Sunday, got off to the perfect start under caretaker boss Gary Smith.
They were ahead in the 12th minute as Ryan Beswick threaded the ball through to on-loan Birmingham City midfielder Jack Concannon who finished neatly.
Tyrell Waite flashed an effort wide for the home side but the visitors were level on 20 minutes as Luke Rowe curled a delightful free-kick into the corner.
