MALDON & TIPTREE kept the pressure on leaders Bowers & Pitsea with a convincing victory over play-off chasing Bury Town.
It took them until the 35th minute to take the lead, however, when Matthew Briggs fired home their first to send them into the break with a slender advantage.
The game was all-but wrapped up, however, when Jorome Slew doubled the advantage just before the hour.
