Town fail to capitalise on weather

DIDCOT Town failed to narrow the gap in their promotion push as they were beaten 3-2 by Bedford Town in the South Division One Central.
Jermaine Osei opened the scoring for Bedford in the ninth minute, but the visitors equalised through Luke Carnell’s header on 26 minutes.
Lucas Kirkpatrick put the home side back in front just after half-time and Joe Steele extended the advantage before Didcot’s John Dennis scored an 85th-minute consolation, leaving the away side nine points behind third-placed Corby Town...
