DISASTER struck for Biggleswade as local rivals Royston took advantage of a very bland display.
The first half had nothing barring one chance to Royston’s Adam Murray as he turned and split two defenders to fire past Sam Donkin between the posts.
Biggleswade did not muster a shot inside the first period, looking well off the pace and the ball spending more time in the air from both sides as football skills went amiss.
