A LATE header by Anthony Acheampong snatched the points for promotionchasing Welling and pushed Gloucester back into the relegation zone. The Wings were forced to toil before finally taming the Tigers’ stubborn resistance six minutes from time to cement their place in the top three.
The defeat was hard on the hosts who battled but could only muster one attempt on target in a scrappy encounter. Chances were few and far between but it was the visitors that posed the bigger threat during the first half, with Danny Mills and Acheampong test...
