RELEGATION threatened St Neots constructed an impressive win against a strangely subdued Hitchin at Topfield. The hosts began aggressively enough with a Jack Green header and shot saved and it was Green who appeared to give the Canaries a 17th-minute lead following a textbook move. Isaac Galliford’s perfect cross from the right was headed into the net but overruled for offside.
