TWO well-taken first-half goals settled this battle of two teams just out of reach of play-off contention. The first came after just three minutes when Tamworth skipper Joel Kettle diverted a shot past Roystaon goalkeeper Joe Welch. The Crows responded well, forcing the Lambs back for a short period with Tom Knowles, signed on loan from Cambridge City, looking particularly lively, but they could not make the half-chances they managed to create count.
