THERE was no horseplay as Hartlepool United saw off FC Halifax – two teams entrenched in midtable, two teams with nothing to play for.
Pools had to come from behind to win, goals from Luke James and Luke Molyneux cancelling out Devante Rodney’s earlier opener for Halifax to continue their improvement under Craig Hignett.
Tomorrow they go to Barrow, where 1,200 fans will be dressed as knights as has become the club’s annual final away game fancy dress tradition.
