Concord beach Eastbourne hopes

CONCORD finished their season with a win fashioned from opportunist goals at a windswept Priory Lane.
There was nothing but pride at stake. But both sides had their moments and the result was in doubt throughout.
Sports had much the better of the first half-hour with some excellent approach play.
Charlie Walker headed over from a lovely move, and Concord keeper Sam Beasant produced a superb one-hand save to deny Harry Ransom.
Persistently over-hitting their passes with the wind, the Beachboys might have been playing with a beach-ball....
