ILKESTON Town have been congratulated on winning the Midland League Premier Division – from the very top.
Prime Minister Theresa May publicly praised the Robins for promotion to the Evo-Stik Division One East in the House of Commons on Wednesday. During the session of Prime Minister’s Questions, Erewash MP Maggie Throup highlighted Ilkeston’s success and invited Mrs May to congratulate the team and wish them success for next season.
