AMBITIOUS: Bobby Wilkinson

SUGGESTIONS that Bobby Wilkinson is being lined up for the vacant manager’s job at Aldershot Town have been further fuelled after he surprisingly stepped down at Wealdstone for “non-footballing reasons”.
The former Hungerford Town boss Wilkinson has been in the hot seat at Grosvenor Vale since August 2017 and guided the club to the National League South play-offs this season, following an 11th place finish and FA Trophy semi-final berth last year.
And he came within a whisker of producing an almighty play-off shock with his Stones...
