A SCINTILLATING second half display saw Bath City open their campaign with a win for the first time since 2015, as Braintree returned to National League South with a bump.
The Essex outfit had the better openings in the first 45 with Josh McLeod-Urquhart almost scoring a goal of the season contender.
Spotting Ryan Clarke off his line, his audacious quick free-kick from inside his own half saw the stopper finger-tip it onto the bar, with Thomas Richardson wastefully shooting straight at the glovesman with the rebound.
