ELLIOTT Romain scored a hat-trick as Eastbourne Borough bounced back to form in style, after a great first-half performance saw them sweep aside Hampton & Richmond.
Greg Luer got the ball rolling eight minutes in at Priory Lane, after Dean Cox played a neat through ball to the forward who, one on one with Laurie Walker, fired the ball low past the keeper.
Kristian Campbell and Sergio Torres went close to doubling the Sports’ lead, before Romain did make it 2-0 after the half hour mark.
