TEN-man Tooting and Mitcham United shocked Dorking as Danny Bassett’s goal gave the home side a 1-0 win to send them into the next round of the FA Cup.
Tooting were reduced to 10 men just after the hour mark, after captain Sol Patterson-Bohner received a second yellow card for dissent after a Tooting penalty appeal was waved away by referee Jack Packman.
Tooting co-manager Cornelius Nwadialor was also sent off following the incident, with quickfire yellows for further dissent forcing the referee’s hand.
