WHYTELEAFE progressed into the Third Qualifying Round of the FA Cup thanks to a goal in either half from striker Ronald Sobowale.
Whyteleafe’s Junior Aikhionbare had the opportunity to open the scoring in a first half disrupted by injuries, but blazed his effort over the crossbar.
Sobowale put Whyteleafe ahead on the stroke of half-time from a free-kick on the edge of the box.
Moneyfields came close to equalising shortly after the restart as centre-back Sam Pearce struck the woodwork from a Brett Poate corner, but that miss came back to haunt the Moneys as Sobowale...
