RADCLIFFE needed an 89th-minute goal to seal victory in a game which only sprang to life late in each half.
Two goals in the last 15 minutes gave Radcliffe the points, after Celtic had lead for three late first-half minutes.
Declan Walker took a quick free-kick to Scott Bakkor to whip a cross to the back post where Ross Dent set up Ollie Martin for the opener. But the visitors finished the half strongly.
Prince Haywood forced a reaction stop from Celtic custodian Alex Fojticek.
